About the role:

This role will be working on HR related duties, in addition to administrative duties.  You will learn to do the following:

  • Assisting with HR – such as recruitment, data, interviews, etc
  • Coordinating and managing data
  • Reading up on latest policies/procedures
  • Involved in producing and sending a regular communication to staff
  • Liaising with customers

About You:

A highly motivated and ambitious individual, with a desire to learn and start your career in a Human Resources Administration role.  You will be an excellent communicator and team player and be proficient in the use of a PC and the use of Microsoft office software. The ability to create and manipulate Excel spreadsheets will be required and a creative eye to presenting HR & Resourcing data would be encouraged.  You will be supported at all times throughout your apprenticeship, and as long as you are dedicated and want to succeed, we will support you in any way we can.

Qualifications & Skills:

To be considered for this role you will be required to hold the below qualifications:

  • GCSE Grade C or above in both English and Maths
