HR Apprentice at Air Liquide UK in Birmingham

Job Description

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Apprentice assists in the daily HR activities and in coordinating the execution of HR policies & processes and the display of relevant documents. The role is a key contact point for the employees of the allocated units to resolve HR administrative queries. The role can act as the liaison between employees of the allocated units and the HR team, ensuring smooth communication and prompt answers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the point of contact for employees for administrative HR topics
  • Own and execute all the administrative and transactional HR processes and manages them in the most cost efficient way
  • Ensure the selection and administration of temporary workers
  • Use HR-systems, ensure data quality, keep the appropriate data up-to-date in systems including organisation charts
  • Provide reports and people related analytics
  • Ensure all legal requirements regarding personal data are fulfilled
  • Support the HR Business Partner on remote sites and as contact point for local HR-issues
